Working with seniors is Ashton’s passion, and she strives to share her love for seniors with the current and future workforce and family caregivers, hoping more people will realize the reward of working with older generations. Katelin Beauchemin , Memory Care Director
Katelin joined Charter with a mission to ensure that those living in our community receive the best possible care while maintaining independence and dignity. She has found that seniors – especially those needing Memory Care – are her favorite people to work with. She feels strongly about these residents because of her close relationship with her grandmother who has dementia. Katelin realized through her own experience how hard it was to find Memory Care that was anything like Charter Senior Living’s standard. Katelin’s goal for every resident is that they feel heard and understood under her care, and for families to know that each of their loved ones will be cared for as her own. In her free time, Katelin loves gardening, music, and spending time with her family and dogs.
