She has worked in senior living for seven years and has enjoyed every minute of it. Her love for seniors came from spending time with her grandparents. She strives to keep seniors and families informed about different levels of care and the many resources available to them. Working with seniors is Ashton’s passion, and she strives to share her love for seniors with the current and future workforce and family caregivers, hoping more people will realize the reward of working with older generations. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, watching the Cincinnati Reds, and learning new hobbies.

Katelin Beauchemin , Memory Care Director
Katelin joined Charter with a mission to ensure that those living in our community receive the best possible care while maintaining independence and dignity. She has found that seniors – especially those needing Memory Care – are her favorite people to work with. She feels strongly about these residents because of her close relationship with her grandmother who has dementia. Katelin realized through her own experience how hard it was to find Memory Care that was anything like Charter Senior Living’s standard. Katelin’s goal for every resident is that they feel heard and understood under her care, and for families to know that each of their loved ones will be cared for as her own. In her free time, Katelin loves gardening, music, and spending time with her family and dogs.
